Enroll your youth or high school athlete in The Bay Area’s most comprehensive Quarterback Development Program under the direction of Amir Carlisle, former professional football player, and Malik Zaire former Notre Dame starting QB and now QB consultant.

Our robust 1on1 program will cater to the unique needs of the athlete, training the entire athlete. Our QB Development Program will include Position Specific Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Speed and Agility Training.

Whether your goal is to earn an athletic scholarship, improve your footwork and throwing mechanics, or just want to bring your speed and agility to another level, Carlisle Performance will take you there with careful, customized guidance.


WHAT YOU’LL GET

Your child’s training will be shaped by 2 former Division 1-A athletes under the guidance of Coach Carlisle and his 25 years of coaching experience, with over 100,000 individual and team sessions.

In short, they’re with the best in the Bay Area.

They’ll start with The Carlisle Athletic Profile (CAP), which is the most comprehensive, data-driven proprietary assessment in the private sector, and is the foundation of every single program we have. 

We’ve taken proven methods from pros and elite sports scientists that will measure their unique movements with a plethora of data points, by testing mobility, asymmetry, force production and so much more.

After we’ve set up a baseline with the assessment, we’ll create a completely customized training program to bring out their very best. You then have the option of selecting a variety of packages to suit your budget.

The program will include socially distanced QB field work, speed and agility training in conjunction with the athlete’s field work, virtual strength training conducive to the athlete’s at home equipment setup, and virtual mechanics analysis. Each QB field session will be followed by a Zoom video analysis, conducted by Malik, which will include:

  • Throwing mechanics analysis 
  • Footwork analysis 
  • Mental preparation of the game
  • Reading coverages 

We will apply Malik’s analysis to our movement patterns on the field, while also teaching the athlete how to apply our movement techniques and strategies to benefit the athlete while on the playing field — Improving:

  • Acceleration
  • Top-end speed
  • Change of direction 
  • Reaction Time
