The Functional Athletic Speed Training (F.A.S.T) School is guaranteed to improve your game speed and explosiveness! The Bay Area’s Best Speed Trainers are now offering Speed Training for Youth Athletes and Speed Training for High School Athletes under the direction of Coach Carlisle.
With over 25 years of coaching experience across all levels of athletics, including the San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Penn State and Purdue University to name a few; we’ll improve your explosive speed and first-step quickness, which will help you stay one step ahead of the competition.
Note: if you have existing Athletic Development Academy classes, you can use them for F.A.S.T classes.

Every single one of our F.A.S.T School sessions begins with our Carlisle Athletic Profile. The F.A.S.T School’s All Sports objective is to teach you the technical basics of running mechanics, lateral movement, and multi-directional movement.
You’ll learn our movement techniques and strategies to benefit you while on the playing field. If you’re a new client, you’ll get three weeks in our beginner F.A.S.T School which focuses on both Speed Training for Youth Athletes and Speed Training for High School Athletes. After 4 weeks, you’ll move onto the advanced F.A.S.T school.
Beginner and Advanced F.A.S.T school’s are offered to middle school youth (grades 5-8) and high school youth (grades 9-12) in all sports.

Improve your game speed in a way that’s specific to your individual sport needs with San Jose’s top speed coach. We work on all of the various movement patterns to help you improve your speed on the field. If you’re new to the class, we’ll do a Carlisle Athletic Profile to begin. In a 4 session class pack, we’ll then focus on game speed (linear), game speed (multi-directional) and game speed (conditioning).

You need to catch the eye of the coaches. Sadly, there’s no preparation that high school sports programs provide to get you ready for college showcases. You’re competing against the best youth athletes from around the nation. You need the best preparation to stand out from everyone else. Our speciality F.A.S.T class that will get you primed for the combine. Carlisle Performance will acutely prepare you for the specific test your sport demands. Eg: Football athlete? We’ll prepare you for the 40 yard dash.
