A weightlifter through and through, my passion is helping people get STRONG! Both of my degrees will be in a human performance related field and weightlifting is my favorite hobby.

Don’t call me your average meat head though – I play the guitar and I dabble in grease monkeying around (I rebuilt my very own 1970 Chevelle).

Back to the strength stuff though – if you’re looking to get strong, I’m your guy. I’m a junkie for all things strength, including books, podcasts, and various website forums. Ask me about a resource and I bet I’ve looked into it!

If I haven’t, I’ll be even more excited for a new resource I hadn’t yet discovered. I think to really learn how to help people get strong, I must be a student of the human body AND all those who came before me (body builders, strongmen, coaches, etc.).

I pride myself on truly learning my craft. Painters have their canvas, sculptors have their mediums, musicians have their notes… I have the human body and all its potential. That’s what gets me out of bed each morning, knowing I can help you get better today! I’d be honored to help you reach your potential.
