Whether you run sprints or distance, whether you need better acceleration out of the blocks, or higher top end speed, the Track Carlisle Athletic Assessment & Profile is for you. Think of it like the SAT – you take a practice test to see where you’re at, then you study up on the areas you need to improve, and voila! You take the test and crush it. All thanks to your planning.

For the assessment, we use only state of the art equipment to measure your speed, power, and change of direction via the tests listed below. This helps us get baseline numbers for where you’re at in your athletic development (aka taking the practice test).

Then, we’ll put your results in our proprietary algorithm which was developed by some of the leading sport scientists and tested on thousands of athletes (aka grading your practice test). Your results will identify your limiting factor, raise your athletic ceiling, and determine your risk of injury (aka the areas you need to improve).

Armed with the above information, the coaches here at Carlisle Performance Systems design a training program specific to your needs that will raise your athletic ceiling (aka studying those areas of improvement). We assess, we don’t guess. Everything we do is data driven and based in research to determine your window of adaptation and the specific training that will increase your athletic capacity.

Carlisle Performance Systems has the gold standard of private sector athlete assessment and profiling. Testing thousands of athletes over more than a decade, we’ve compiled more than enough data to provide athletic norms, determine what you’re good at, and identify the areas you can improve that will have the most impact on performance.

Our testing eliminates thousands of dollars wasted on training that might or might not work. We know ours works because we’ve tested and proven that it works. Even if you can’t or don’t end up training with us, you can still come test every 6-8 weeks as recommended to determine if your current training regimen is effective.
